ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED AND IMPLIED, EXTEND SOLELY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THE PRODUCT, INSTALLED ON THE VEHICLE THE PRODUCTS WERE ORIGINALLY INSTALLED.

POWDER COATED: FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

 

CRAFTSMANSHIP WARRANTY

ALL N-FAB PRODUCTS ARE BACKED BY A LIFETIME WARRANTY AGAINST FAILURES IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP.  THIS INCLUDES WELDS, BRACKETS, OR MATERIAL OF PART. 

 

TO START A CLAIM WITHIN THE ABOVE LIMITS AND PERIODS, PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING

 

  • N-FAB INC. WILL ONLY ACCEPT RETURNED GOODS IF IT INCLUDES A RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA) NUMBER UPON ITS RECEIPT. PRODUCT SENT BACK WITHOUT AN RGA NUMBER CAN RESULT IN THE PRODUCT BEING RETURNED TO SENDER AT THEIR EXPENSE.

 

  • THE FINISH WARRANTY EXTENDS ONLY TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE N-FAB PRODUCT. THE INSIDE OF THE MAIN TUBE/SURFACE AREA IS NOT WARRANTABLE FOR 5-YEARS UNDER THE FINISH WARRANTY.

 

  • IF A CUSTOMER IS UNSATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT PURCHASED (OR NO LONGER WANTS PRODUCT RECEIVED), THE PART IS ELIGIBLE FOR AN RGA UP TO 30-DAYS FROM THE RECEIPT OF PRODUCT. (PLEASE NOTE: SOME DEALERS MAY NOT EXTEND THIS RETURN OFFER. THIS WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY THE PLACE PRODUCT WAS ORIGINALLY PURCHASED).

 

  • CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT N-FAB FOR AN RGA NUMBER. PHOTO(S) AND COPY OF RECEIPT WILL BE EXPECTED TO ISSUE RETURN AUTHORIZATION. THE RGA PROVIDED BY N-FAB MUST BE VISIBLE ON THE PACKAGING, BUT SEPARATE FROM SHIPPING LABEL.

 

  • AN RGA WILL EXPIRE AFTER 45 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF CREATION. IF THE PACKAGE(S) IS NOT RECEIVED TO N-FAB WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME, CREDIT MAY NOT BE ISSUED.  PRODUCT(S) RETURNING MUST BE DONE IN THEIR COMPLETION.  MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS AGAINST A SINGLE MASTER RGA ARE NOT PERMITTED, AND MAY BE DECLINED FOR CREDIT.

 

  • NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY RETURNED PRODUCT WITHOUT REFERENCING RGA NUMBER ON THE CREDIT REQUEST. CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED ONCE THE PART(S) IS RECEIVED AND DISPOSITIONED.

 

 

 

 

PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH A BRICK AND MORTAR RESELLER

Return to the original place of purchase with a copy of the purchase receipt.  Please have photographs clearly illustrating the failure mode.  The retailer will provide additional instructions for making a claim under this warranty.

 

PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH AN ONLINE RESELLER

Contact the online reseller to begin a claim under this warranty.  Reseller will require a copy of the purchase receipt, along with photographs clearly illustrating the failure mode.  The retailer will provide additional instructions on the claim under this warranty.  Consumer is responsible for all freight costs required to execute a claim under this warranty.

 

RETURNS THROUGH N-FAB

In cases where the original reseller is unavailable to handle a warranty claim, you may initiate a warranty claim directly with N-FAB.  Contact N-FAB by sending an e-mail to "info@n-fab.com" with a copy of the original purchase receipt, along with photographs clearly illustrating the failure mode.  Upon validating the information provided, N-FAB will issue a return authorization number.  Consumer is responsible for all freight costs required to execute a claim under this warranty.  All products to be replaced under warranty must be returned freight, prepaid.

Upon receipt of the defective product(s), N-FAB will repair or replace the product(s) at its option.  Please allow 10 - 14 business days for a replacement product(s) to be shipped.  For additional information, please call (281) 880-6322, and select option 2.

 

BEFORE A RETURN CAN BE BEGIN, PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING LIMITATIONS / GUIDELINES

 

ACCEPTABLE RETURNS:

 

  • Finish Warranty; Issues must be within the 5-year period, and to the original purchaser
  • Internal Damage to the Product; Without visible damage to the box or external packaging
  • Misboxed Items; Must be verified by an N-FAB representative before an RGA will be established
  • Miss-Shipped Items; Wrong boxes shipped directly from N-FAB will be issued an RGA
  • ALL items must be returned in their entirety; ALL nerf-steps MUST be returned as a pair, ALL light mounting solutions must be returned with the issued mounting brackets originally received
  • ANY items returned due to the following will incur a 20% restocking fee; Ordered Incorrectly by Customer or Vendor, Customer No Longer Wants Product, Customer Wants to Exchange for a New Item

 

 

 

SOLUTION TO NON-RETURNS:

 

  • Missing Hardware or Brackets – Contact N-FAB so a replacement kit can be shipped for the part(s), if available.

 

  • External Damage to Package / Parts – A damage claim must be filed through the appropriate shipping carrier to reconcile product & shipping costs
    • Customer is responsible for filing freight claims for damaged goods (if shipped from their distributing location)
    • Products originating shipment directly from N-FAB, N-FAB will only file freight claim if the part was shipped under N-FAB’s account.
    • All 3rd Party Billing Accounts will be responsible for filing freight claims to reconcile lost or damaged item(s)

 

PLEASE NOTE:

 

THE WARRANTY OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PART ONLY. THIS DOES NOT COVER THE COST OF FREIGHT OR LABOR FOR ORDERS RECEIVED. THESE COSTS WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

 

THE WARRANTY IS STRICTLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER, FROM THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT PURCHASE DATE.

 

ANY PRODUCTS RETURNED TO N-FAB WITHOUT DEFECT WILL INCUR A 20% RESTOCKING FEE, PER THE MANUFACTURER.  AN N-FAB REPRESENTATIVE MUST CONFIRM A DEFECT WITH FIT, FORM OR FUNCTIONALITY BEFORE AN ITEM CAN BE SENT BACK TO OUR FACILITY.

 

ANY ITEMS SHIPPED BACK TO N-FAB WITHOUT RETURN AUTHORIZATION FROM AN N-FAB REPRESENTATIVE WILL BE REFUSED UPON RECEIPT, AND SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE. 

 

ALL COLOR-MATCHED PRODUCTS ARE A NON-RETURNABLE ITEM UNLESS A DEFECT IS PRESENTED UPON INITIAL RECEIPT.
