No, you may checkout as a guest. However, if you do create an account you can view your order history as well as check the status of your order at any time.

Since we are located in the state of Texas, all orders placed and shipped within this state will be charged sales tax.
We offer Free Shipping within the continental U.S. on all Step Systems, Light Mounting, Jeep Gear (excluding Bumpers), and Tire Mounts. All Bumpers will occur a $150 flat shipping rate due to size and dimensions. Free Shipping does not apply to any orders shipped to AK, HI. If you select your order to be expedited your order will also incur shipping charges.
No, we do not require a signature, however an order shipped by freight may require it to deliver.
In the case that an item you have ordered is out of stock, our customer service team will reach out via email to notify you. At that time if you wish to cancel your order, wait until it's in stock, or exchange for a different item our team can assist with that request.

All orders placed are built on demand. We ask that you please allow 3 to 5 business days to build your Step Systems, Light Mounting Solutions, and some Jeep Gear purchase before it's shipped. All Bumper purchases will take 5 to 10 days to build and ship. Once shipped please allow and extra 3 to 7 business days for delivery.
To cancel an order, we suggest contacting our Customer Service Department at 1-866-806-6322 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm CST. Due to the speed in which we begin to build your order canceling an order or an item within an order is extremely difficult. While we will treat your request with top priority, it may take 24-48 hours to confirm your request and there is a good chance that your package could be on its way. If your order has already been sent to a shipping warehouse, you will need to return the merchandise through our normal Returns Process.

In the situation that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, ordered incorrectly, or want to exchange for a new item. The customer is responsible for returning the merchandise back to our facility. Please Note: An additional 20% restocking fee can also incur in these scenarios.

Although it is rare, occasionally an item will show as delivered, but you did not receive it. If this happens, please call our Customer Service Department 1-866-806-6322 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm CST. We can investigate the issue further and may show a location (front door, garage, side door, neighbor) on the delivery receipt, as well as a signature if one was received. If you are still unable to locate the item, we will file a lost package claim on your behalf with the carrier. They will then take steps to locate your item. In most cases, the item is located within 2-3 business days. If after an investigation the item is indeed lost, N-fab will reorder all lost items for you.

When choosing a step system for your vehicle, Cab Length refers to the distance from the back fender well opening to the rear of the vehicle's cab. Regular Cab models have one step per side, while Quad Cab and Crew Cab models have two steps per side.
When choosing a step system for your vehicle, Bed Access refers to the distance from the back of the front fender well opening to the front of the rear fender well opening. Regular Cab models have twp steps per side while Quad Cab and Crew Cab models have three steps per side.

N-fab's step load rating is weight tested at 465 lbs.
Majority of all products manufactured by N-Fab goes through a 3 stage-powder coating system, where we finish our parts with a thick layer of high gloss powder-coating which helps extends the lifetime of your finished coat.
